Terms & Conditions

Aileen's Beauty is a licensed, women-only luxury spa in Campbell, CA, serving the surrounding areas. Operating hours are 10 am – 7 pm daily.

Booking & deposits

A non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling — rescheduling with advance notice moves your deposit with your appointment at no penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and no-show appointments may additionally be charged up to 50% of the service cost to the card on file. Significant late arrival may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Repeat no-shows may be asked for full prepayment on future bookings.

Client agreement

By booking, you acknowledge these policies and authorize Aileen's Beauty to charge your debit or credit card for cancellations or service transactions as described above. The studio reserves the right to decline service, and is not liable for complications that may arise as a result of the services provided. Individual results vary.
